Exhibit Space Now Available for 2017 Scientific Meeting

The ACP New Jersey Chapter Scientific Meeting is right around the corner – March 3, 2017, and I would like to invite you to be a part of it by becoming an exhibitor or sponsor. I am happy to inform you that we are returning to the Renaissance Newark Airport Hotel in Elizabeth, NJ. We are expecting approximately 250 attendees, including internists, subspecialists, and internal medicine residents and medical students from New Jersey and the surrounding states. The meeting is currently in its planning stages and a final schedule will be out shortly.

Once again, we had record attendance and expect the same this year. This meeting will give you access to some of the top decision makers in the state. The exhibit fee for this year is $1,125, which provides you with a 6 foot skirted table, 2 chairs, breakfast, breaks, and lunch, along with access to the meeting attendees. Sponsorship opportunities are also available and are outlined in the Exhibitor Registration Form.

Rooms for the night of Thursday, March 2, 2017 will be available. You will need to mention your affiliation with the ACPNJ meeting in order to receive the special room rate. Full meeting details
