Complete the brief session evaluation for each session you attend.  Session evaluations will not be available until the end of the scheduled session. 

At the conclusion of the meeting you will be able to access the Conference Evaluation and Claim for CME/Nursing credit. (Under Session 6 below)   Make sure you complete all sessions for which you want credit.
