Connecticut Dental Health Partnership - Access to Baby Care (ABC) Program
The Access to Baby Care (ABC) Program from the Connecticut Dental Health Partnership is a training program for pediatricians and their medical staff. It encourages providers to perform oral health assessments and fluoride varnish treatments at well-child visits from age 6-months through age 7. The American Academy of Pediatricians recommends these important services as research supports oral health as a vital link to overall health.
