WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT NEW PRESCRIBING LAW FOR TREATMENT OF ACUTE AND CHRONIC PAIN

EFFECTIVE MARCH 2, 2017

The Governor signed into law his opioid proposal presented to the Legislature during his State of the State Address on January 10, 2017. The Governor has emergency regulations that make the prescribing aspects of this law effective on MARCH 2, 2017.
